My mom had some repairs done to her car needless to say the repairs nit being performed correctly and caused more damage then the vehicle had in the first place (she didnt know she could claim it due to it being a shops fault so she filed the claim two weeks late) the agent that is overseeing the claim now thinks because my mom had me start the repairs and because the shop isnt owning up to the claim that we commiting fraud, accused us of lying, faking documnents and have been very difficult to deal with they have poor customer service they take forever to get things set up and they are acting as if the customer (my mother) and her safety dont matter, there wallet on the other hand thats what seems to matter to these people I would recommend changing your insurances if you use them because if theres a claim you wont get taken care of and your vehicle will either sit around or youll have to go about paying for the repairs out of your own pocket So for who ever reads this have a great day and I hope you the best if you also have or had geico for your insurance company. Other than saving money from my other insurance with a better policy as well, I feel like I have a reliable contact and team to help me with any issues and they are always on the ball. Been with them 5 years, just started the claims process for a hit and run on my parked car, and already am frustrated with their process. They are also raising rates in Colorado by 30% per 6 months due to "increasing costs of inflation" which afaik is around 3% per year, not 30%!

Stopped in to the Littleton office ( yes... Geico does have some offices...Not just online). Lauren and the rest of the staff were very friendly. She ran my home, auto and umbrella quote in a timely fashion. Was very competitive. Worth stopping in and a good honest agency!
