Natalie is the best agent! She takes the time to explain reasons behind different policies, includes examples of situations and what would happen financially should you choose one over the other. We learned so much while we were there to buy auto and homeowners insurance. She not only found us a much better policy but also one that was cheaper than what we were currently paying. She is very friendly, easy to talk to, and accommodating. Her adorable assistant Courage is fun to be around as well! 5 stars all around!

Sure you can get a cheaper insurance with a company who has a cartoon as their logo :) , but like an old saying goes, "pay me now, or pay me later." Fast, quick and responsive. My wife was in a 5 car accident, and Natalie was right there every step of the way to take us through the steps. Our car was a total loss, and Natalie immediately lined up rental car, started working with at fault parties to expedite our claim.
