I am 72 yrs old and thruout my life I have never had a pleasant experience w/ insurance companies, in fact mostly the antithesis. About 3 years ago I signed up w/ Allstate and I will never change. I have three kids in school and I will influence their insurance decisions. This branch in Carson City, NV. has been very professional and very helpful w/ claims and info. to guide me. I have some properties in Las Vegas and the dealings w/ Allstate agents have been very friendly and professional. I have purchased a lot of Allstate stock and sent an email of appreciation to Tom Wilson. Thank you Carson City Allstate
