Absolutely abysmal agency. The staff Bradford O’Neil employs are entirely incompetent, unhelpful, and unresponsive to client’s inquiries and requests. When trying to add a multi-car policy, this agency misquoted the premium and then double-charged for the incorrect amount. It has now been three weeks and we have yet to receive a refund for the double-charge - an amount over $800. I also attempted to add a personal articles policy. I submitted all required paperwork to fulfill this request and yet received notice of failure to submit. When I inquired, it turns out they mistakenly sent the notice and would find the paperwork I submitted. When requesting options for home insurance, a single quote was provided without any detailed explanation of the premium. They neglected to understand my insurance needs - quoted me for a detached structure on the property that is non-existent and have failed to respond via phone or email in over a week to a request for a corrected quote. This agency has consistently shown an inability to provide quality customer service and ensure client’s insurance needs are met. If looking for insurance in St. Louis, you can do no worse than Bradford O’Neil State Farm.

My business is conducted and I never feel hurried or that something is left undone. Absolutely great business agent and team. I never feel the need to shop for anything better. I trust them for all of my insurance needs and will remain with them for years to come.

Befor thos company i has 3 other insurance and they all sucked and the people were bad at callimg you back or answeing the questions i needed.
