I switched to Sanford about 5 yrs ago. I bought a new place and they put in my AC. After talking with the owner Dale they took on the task of cleaning and repairing my main appliances: Heater, AC and Rinnai Hot Water Heater. After 12 yrs I had to replace my Rinnai. I bought a new one through Sanford. That is when I got Zach and Ryan. These guys are very courteous, friendly and they let you know right away if there is a problem. My town Salem NH made them go back a few times for a permit Zach and Ryan apologized for my town!!! I also like the fact that they wear little booties over their shoes so they do not mess up your floors or carpets. Zach and Ryan were awesome.. And when they were done they asked for a vacuum to clean where they were!!! 5 stars. After 5 years I can still say these guys and this company is awesome...

Alex came to my home to check the operation of my heating system to make sure that it would operate reliably through the winter. I know him well because he has been here several times before for pre-season checkups. He is very professional, courteous and friendly. He made sure that he did not track up my floor by placing disposable boots over his shoes after entering. He checked both the inside and outside portions of the system. He then reviewed the list of things that he checked and told me that the system was in good order. I think that this proactive approach of checking and adjusting the system in advance of the heating and cooling seasons works well. It has meant reliable operation of my system for me over the last 4 years that I have been with Sanford. I would be pleased to recommend Alex and his company to my neighbors.

From start to finish Sanford Temperature Control is first class. My wife and I just moved into a new home where the furnace was on life support. Dale came in and spent a great deal of time to understand our needs and then fully explained the process once we made our decision. John and Craig could not have been more professional and courteous throughout the entire install. They left the house cleaner then they found it and made the entire process stress free as they handled all the interactions with the various serviceman needed for the job. Could not ask for a friendlier group. Needless to say they exceeded every expectation we had going into the process and we are already in contact with them for more work. Sanford Temperature Control will always be our first and last call when it comes to heating and AC.

Craig and Mike installed our new boiler over the course of two days. I was impressed by their courtesy, professionalism, knowledge and commitment to the job. We were quoted a two day job and we had heat and hot water at the end of day two. The workspace and area outdoors were kept neat and organized. When the job was complete, they answered all of our questions. Every interaction I have had to date, starting with Kyle who provided the quote, to the office personnel and the installers has been a pleasant experience. I look forward to working with Sanford Temperature Control in the future and I highly recommend their services.

I had a bad experience with a different HVAC company and the team at Sanford Temperature Control came out and solved the problem. I had Alex as my tech. He was very professional and knowledgeable. His problem solving skills relied heavily on his vast experience and he communicated his thoughts clearly. Not only is my system working properly but I better understand how it all works and can do some basic troubleshooting on my own. Alex was so good that I plan on signing up for their service plan. I highly recommend this company and make sure you ask for Alex!

We felt very comfortable having Alex D perform our inspection and maintenance service. He is obviously well trained and very experienced in his field and a beneficial asset to the company. Alex is very polite and well mannered and answered all our questions. He pays attention to details and explains information in terms that we understood. After completing the inspection Alex showed me the results and explained the expected parameters and ranges. He also made suggestions that will increase the longevity of our system and keep it running efficiently.

I had a great experience with Sanford. I left a message with their answering service late after hours. Someone called me back at 8:15am the next day to schedule and was able to fit me in for same-day service. I had left messages with two other companies and never heard from them. They called me to give me the 30 minute warning and then Scott showed up exactly on time. He figured out my problem very quickly, where both an electrician and the gas company were clueless. He was great to work with, and the cost was less than I was expecting.

To start, Scott called me late the night before in attempts to get here first thing in the morning to deal with the problem. He did exactly what he said he would do; he was hear at 7:45AM. Scott is a total pro. He assessed the problem, showed me the parts that needed replacing and did an outstanding job. I appreciate the professional decorum. He presented his business card, complete with picture before going any further. As soon as he entered my home, the booties went on....and off to work. Great job. Thank you!

Had not serviced the furnace for 10 years. One morning woke up to a freezing house. Called Sanford Temperature Control because they had the best reviews on the web. They were very friendly and responsive. Brian came over and was very diligent and careful with his work. He found that there was water backed up into the pressure switch causing the peroblem. No need to replace anything, just cleaned the pipes and the furnace was back in action. I was very impressed and I am now in the yearly maintenance program.

In a word, impressive! Water heater had failed, so needed replacement ASAP. Sanford was booked solid, but Nate and Kelsey found a way to schedule an install for the next morning. Yes, impressive that they cared enough to make things happen. Brian, a Master Technician, arrived timely as scheduled, and he was most professional in every way. His installation was neat and clean, and our hot water was flowing again in short order. At Sanford, "Be Outstanding!" is their motto. And, that, they are.

Me and 3 other family got their home water heater replaced by Sanford. They did a neat job. Technician were good and considerate of the fact that the basement was furnished and it snowed a day before to put on the shoe cover everytime they enter the house. Sanford was very competitive in pricing as well. They got all the permission and permit required. Zac n Craig did a great job in removing old and fix the new water heater and made sure nothing is left behind. I would certain recommend them.

The staff was incredibly professional and very helpful with the installation. They made sure I was aware of what was going on and gave me instructions on how to use my new equipment. I had to take a star away for the company making me wait 5 weeks to get my installation date. This was damaging to the company because everyone asked me what company I was using so they would not use them in the future. We are talking about a lot of negative publicity: family, friends and coworkers.

Brian quickly identified the problem we were having with our furnace. He drove to Hudson and back to get the necessary replacement part, so that it could be installed the same day. He verified that everything was working and even took the initiative to perform the tune-up of the furnace that was scheduled for the following week. He answered all of my questions knowledgeably -- even ones not directly related to the furnace issue we were having.

I was very please with the professional way the tech (Phillip) handled my problem. It was indeed a pleasure with all the staff at Sanford. Good service quality, friendly service, but costs are not reasonable. A hot surface ignitor that costs $12- $30 was $285 installed. They were here for maintenance anyway ($120 )but still cost was full price. It like a car dealership - you pay a fixed price regardless of time - and of course they do the work in 1/4 the book time. When I talked with them about this they said they felt this was a fair price. I disagree.

Zac from Sanford Temperature Control did an outstanding job servicing our Hot Water heater equipment today. He identified valve that was leaking and replaced it before it became a major failure. He also identified a potential issue with a drain pipe and corrected it, avoiding a potential flood in the basement. great guy with a very pleasant and helpful attitude who took the time to explain every thing before he did it.

A change was made on our part and resulted in more work but these guys never complained and agreed with our change of heart!
