My wife and I met with Mr. Carl Apsley from Mr. Roof on Sept 27th. He explained everything to us and inspected our roof, both inside and outside. Our problem was not enough ventilation, and we were retaining heat and moisture in our attic. This caused us black spots on our ceilings He suggested adding gable vents inside the attic area and more vents on the roof plus baffles along the gables. To be honest, I went and received quotes from a couple other companies. Turns out Mr. Roof was the best deal as far as quality of product, warranty and price. Our roof was installed on Oct 13th. The crew showed up on time and set up tarps around the house. They worked like a fine tuned clock. The supervisor and his helper were there to answer all of our questions, even to the point of taking pictures to show us in better detail what they were talking about. We were very impressed with the way this crew worked together. The job was finished that evening as promised. One week after the work was done, an inspector from Mr. Roof showed up, went up on the roof to check the work that was done. Than asked if we had any questions or concerns. We would defiantly recommend Mr. Roof to our friends and family

We had roof damage from the big wind storm in April. We were looking to replace the entire roof. Mr Roof sent a salesman and a trainee out on May 8th to look at the roof and give me a quote. The guy made us watch some 45 minute or longer video while he looked at the roof. We eventually turned it off because it was way too much info. The guy was very pushy like a car salesman and he didnt want to leave the house without making a sale. I kept telling him we were not going to make a pretty expensive decision on that day. He finally left after being at our house for around two hours. This was on a Monday and he said he would call me back on Wednesday to see what we thought. I never heard from the salesman again which made it very easy for us to decide to use a different company who replaced our entire roof. It was a very bad experience and I wont be in a hurry to recommend Mr Roof to any of my friends

The crew from Mr Roof arrived promptly as promised. They were both friendly and professional. The Crew Chief stayed in contact with us throught the job, informing us as to the status of the job. Additionally, he went out of his way to let me know that if I provided him with a can of spray paint matching the new roof color, he would be pleased to repaint the existing exhaust fan vents to match the new roof. The crew cleaned up after the roof was installed, and used a magnet to pick up any loose nails on the lawn and flower beds. The job was done promptly, and looks beautiful. B/T/W, an inspector from Mr Roof came out to the house a day or so later to inspect the job to make sure it was done correctly. I would recommend Mr. Roof to anyone needing a new roof.

Mr. Roof is the only one in the business good enough to have a transferable lifetime guarantee. The sales visit was very educational. They do not try to trick you like the other manufactures with their worthless limited warranties. The price was by far the highest quote of the 4 we received, but we will not have to replace it in 10 to 15 years like everyone else. The work crew was fast and the roof looks great. I did not appreciate that they smoked on my property, and the tinwork around the chimney and edging could look a bit better. The clean up was okay, but there were many small pieces of roofing material left in the gutters that I found on the grass after the first rainstorm. Overall I would recommend them to everyone. We HIGHLY recommend Mr Roof to anyone looking to replace their roof. Jim came out & spent time educating my wife on our roof replacement...we had several estimates prior with other companies but we chose Mr Roof for the honesty Jim portrayed. Jim and his team went out of their way for us. In fact, while we were waiting for the financing to go thru, Jim came out personally & laid out tarp over our old leaking roof to protect our home from further water damage. The installation team was very professional also. Edwin and his team showed up on time, worked round the clock and cleaned up everything really good. We are very happy with our new roof & the service we received from Mr Roof and we recommend them to everyone.

The installation was very efficient and done in a short period of time. The company guaranteed they would clean up. They did not. I found nails all over my property. I stepped on them and my animals stepped on them. My gutters leak right onto my window screens. When I asked them to come out and look, the man who was to come out would not call me on my cell phone and just came when he wanted and told me my gutters were full of leaves, which they were not. He refused to come out when I was available. Now I find out that I have to pay them to come out and inspect my roof once every five years in order to keep the lifetime warranty. Never again and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Mr Roof did a wonderful job on my roof replacement. They went into the attic to get a better idea of the situation instead of just looking at the roof. This made me feel comfortable that the work would be done properly. During the installation the glass cover from one of our lights a fell to the floor and the worker went above and beyond to make sure the glass was cleaned up. They even offered to replace the light. After all the work was done it was hard to tell they were here. Everything was cleaned up and put back the way it was. The fact that they come back days after the installation shows their commitment to making sure the job is done well.

Mr. Roof was THE BEST experience I could e hoped for in home renovation. I recently had my roof re done and could not be more please. The work they did is the highest quality I could hope to have gotten. They worked fast, clean, and neat and were at my home while I was at work and when I got home I had a new roof! While shopping for installers I settled on Mr. Roof for several reasons, but the most important to me were: Personal respect to me as a costumer, knowledge of the job, quality of work and materials, and of course pricing. My husband and I would like to thank Mr. Roof for the excellent job they did on our upper roof. We were very pleased with the results of their work. The staff was very courteous and helpful in our decision making. They even offered to give us a slightly darker shingle at half the price of the regular shingle. The crew was kind and friendly and their workmanship was outstanding. After the work was completed, the clean-up amazing in that there was not a piece of debris anywhere to be found. We will definitely recommend Mr. Roof to our friends and family and if the need arises, we will be using Mr. Roof in the future.

We contracted with Mr. Roof after being told there was a leak around our chimney that was causing mold in our attic that we could smell in our family room. After talking with a few roof repair companies, we were very impressed with the Mr. Roof knowledge and quality of products so decided to go with Mr. Roof. They were able to treat the attic to destroy the mold and the mold smell is gone. The installation crew removed our old shingles, repaired the decking and applied new shingles in one day with no mess left behind. They were very efficient and we couldn’t be happier.

Ricky explained every aspect of the estimate, and came back with more details to go through with me and my husband. They worked with the insurance company as well as our mortgage company. They made the whole process easy. They crew was polite, responsible and clean. We were very pleased with every aspect of Mr. Roof. We were happy we chose to work with Ricky at Mr. Roof.

My husband and I would absolutely give Mr. Roof 5 stars!!! The entire process of our tear off through a complete roof was flawless! It began with Jared, our salesmen. He showed up on time, explained the entire process and sent us a quote the next day. After figuring out that Mr. Roof has the best warranty in the industry the decision was easy to make. We scheduled our job and the crew showed up on time early in the morning and were completely finished by 4 pm. There was no mess and we had a new beautiful roof!

Fantastic service. They did what they promised. They came in covered the house in a giant tarp and put in the roof and insulation I ordered. Of what I could observe they have a great system of people who have specific jobs that are timed so the work gets done quickly and efficiently. They bring everything they need. After they finished it was like they were never there. Everything was cleaned up. The roof is great. I have recommended Mr Roof to all of my friends. I will only call Mr Roof for my roofing needs.

Having my roof done by Mr Roof was a great experience! The salesman was knowledgeable and fair. The work crew was incredible! My entire front yard is garden space and they rigged teepees plywood over my plants with tarps to protect all my flowers, moved furniture and tarpEd the deck in my backyard and the supervis or spoke with me both before and after the process. Everything was cleaned well! My colonial was completed in 6 hours and I was amazed! I would certainly recommend Mr Roof to everyone!

Mr Roof was an easy company to work with from start to finish an did not try to up sell me on a roof and told me exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. When they came to replace my roof they put a tarp all the way across the front of my house hanging down from the roof. This tarp protected my flowerbeds from any of the debris and work they were doing on the roof. The staff was very professional and courteous and the job was done in one day. I highly recommend them

They showed me the wood that needed replacement & cleaned up really well. Plus done in a day. Brian owes those guys lunch, a company is only as good as the craftsmen that do the work... They ripped me off...i just put a roof on a customers house in Eastpointe Mi. Pulled city permits and Had the roof inspected at dry in stage and at completion Passed in both accounts. ..somebody named Gary from Mr. Roof, told the customer we put the roof on wrong and sold the customer another roof, tearing off my perfectly good work. I should have pushed the issue and sued, but i waited too long...watch out.....these guys are CROOKS. Im out $5500.00 OUCH

My roof is two years old and developed a leak during a storm. Mike Lewis came to the house and found a nail had backed out. He showed me pictures of what he found. Told me how he would fix the area. Then showed me the area after he fixed it. Mike was very kind and pleasant man taking the time to explain what had happened and what he did to complete the task. Also, showing me pictures. This was on Sunday before the rain started. Thank You, Mike
