The sales person stayed at our house for FOUR hours during the estimate process and would not leave until we signed papers to proceed with the job - told us that we would be approved to finance project through Wells Fargo. The company then (without our knowledge) went to an additional finance company and had an ADDITIONAL line of credit started which resulted in two inquiries into our credit report... As a result, we decided to cancel the job. The company sent someone out to the house (in order to cancel "in writing" ) and the person would not leave (he was there for over and hour and a half even though we told him that my father was sick with the flu)...he took back ALL of their contact information (business card, folder, agreement, and so on...) Two weeks later, we decided to go with another company but when we attempted to use our home improvement line of credit, we were told by Wells Fargo that the money was already gone. We called Power back and they told us that they would release the hold on our funds within 24 hours and that they had no idea why the money was being locked up. The following week, the funds were still not returned and the new company had to push the job back... As a result, we had to have a three way call between Wells Fargo and Power in order to get our money released back to our account. During that call, the Power rep simply laughed it off and said that it must have been a "human error" - we obviously were not amused.

 to our home for work but both have not lived up to our expectations.  Power knocked on our door and I do not typically entertain anyone who goes door to door but the gentleman was extremely respectful and personable.  Brandon came to our home and, while hard to admit, wowed us with his demonstration.  My wife was convinced we would not do anything with this company no matter what he showed us or what price he gave us.  However, we recognized we needed to get our Sliding Glass Door replaced and figured we would give them a chance.  Now that the door is installed, I do not have a single complaint.  They came out on time every time they said they would, installed it in a matter of hours, and have exceeded our expectations by covering the frayed section of the carpet that has been bothering us for years.  When it comes to our home, the most important thing is security and Power offers such an incredible glass and security package with their Sliding Glass Door, we could not say no.  When it comes to replacing the rest of the windows in the house, Power has now earned a costumer for life.  We were truly blessed to have Power come to our home and would recommend them to anyone else looking for home improvements.

I inherited my home from my parents. Knowing full well it needed a lot of work, I have been methodically working my way through different projects. I had already done a batch of windows when Power stopped by to give me a free estimate. I did some research before they came out and despite some hesitation, I moved forward with the estimate. Drew came out to discuss windows with me. I quickly realized I also wanted him to look at my siding. Brad joined Drew and I was extremely impressed by both of them. They communicated well, demonstrated their product, and after figuring out what would work best in my budget, I moved forward with the project. I am never one to move that quickly with decisions. However, I felt a sense of comfort with this company and I am so happy I did. The work has turned out phenomenally. Each crew has arrived on time each day. The amount of communication from the company I have received on a daily basis makes me feel even more comfortable about my large purchase. Even with the project only half way done at this point, I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have exterior work done to their home.

As an avid boat owner, I always enjoy going to the local boat show here in Michigan. While at the event, I noticed Power had a booth. Knowing full well that I had been putting off windows for years, I decided to get an estimate. The consultant came to my home and show me a variety of options for my house. Her knowledge of the product and ability to help guide me through making a decision that would best benefit not only the look of my home but also the energy efficiency made it a no brained. What really impressed me more was after she had left, I realized how awful my door had become. I called in to have the consultant back out and, again, her ability to guide me through designing a door was impressive. Power has been professional throughout this experience and has worked with my schedule as I typically work long nights. I am happy I discovered Power through my boating love and now have an exterior home remodeling company I can trust for all future work.

The reason I chose Power Home Remodeling to replace my kitchen windows is because of their commitment to quality. When the salesman Jay came to my house, he did an excellent job selling his product. He sat down and showed me all the different aspects of windows, as well as the differences in quality of the various features that were available. After comparing other window manufacturers, I was very impressed on the quality and workmanship in the windows. I loved that the windows were custom made to fit my house. On September 29th, Power came on a rainy day to replace my windows in my kitchen. They were diligent and thorough in completing the job despite the weather conditions. As often found in older homes, they had encountered underlying situations that needed to be addressed while installing a window. They fixed the rotten wood before installing the new ones. Power has impressed me very much with their quality and thorough work, thank you!

As homeowners who have been meaning to get their windows done for years now, we decided to get an estimate from Power. Logan arrived to our home and we could not have been more thrilled. He demonstrated his product, explained their family oriented feel of the company, and helped us pick out options that would work best in our home. His ability to relate to us, figure out something that would fit in our budget, and his genuine kind nature ultimately made it a no brainer to use Power. Now that the windows are in our house, it feels as though it has been transformed. We can now feel safe in our home knowing that our windows lock and look forward to all of the energy savings they will bring. I know doing home improvements can be a scary thing but Power truly makes the process as seamless as possible. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do exterior work to their home because they have made me into a life long customer.

I honestly can not say how their products or installation rate, but their sales pitch was unpleasant. After an hour and a half of telling the representative that I do not want to see samples or go over styles and to *please just give me an estimate*, I finally got the estimate which was more than double the four other estimates that I had already had performed. *Update* I wanted to take the time to update my post since I read the "reply from owner". I am not just saying that the appointment "ran long". In my opinion, the salesman did not respect my time, ignored my requests and attempted what I considered to be scare and high pressure tactics. The price that came back was well more than double the price of any of my four previous quotes, even though I repeatedly explained that price point was my foremost concern and to price every window with the lowest cost option available.

I was in the market for windows after one of my windows was leaking and the rest had seal failure on the back of my house. I had Power come out and give me an estimate. Zach came to visit me and I was impressed by his knowledge of the industry. As someone in their golden years, I have heard of many scams from different companies. Even though I had never heard of Power before, their product and their policy on the fact that they do everything with no money down instilled confidence in me. Everything went off without a hitch. The installers arrived on time and were polite throughout the whole install process. They even helped me trouble shoot putting my blinds up. I have been extremely impressed by Power and am happy I have found a company that I can trust with any future work that I need done to the exterior of my home.

We were very impressed with Power Remodeling’s professionalism through our whole experience. They did a great job of selling their product and installation, they were always on time, and we truly think they have a top notch product (and install team). Unfortunately we had to cancel our order after reconsidering an investment in new windows for a potentially shorter term home but they continued to be very professional through the process. We thought a Google review was the least we could do. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend their product for those looking for a premium product at a comparable price (when you consider all of the options their SL2700’s have as stock). You really will get what you pay for, and I can say we will be giving them a call down the road when we need windows for the long term.

We just recently got our roof done and knew we were due for attic insulation. Power stopped by our home and gave us free estimate. Zach came out and was extremely personable. He explained the concept of attic insulation, how it works, and showed us pictures as to why it needed to get done. He even informed us about other benefits including extending the life of our current roof and minimizing ice damning. By the time Zach was done, it was a no brainer. We were extremely impressed with how efficient and organized the company was. Each step of the way impressed us more. The install took a matter of hours and they left our house cleaner than when they arrived. We are so happy we did our attic insulation with Power and would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done to their home.

The Power HRG team did an excellent job replacing our roof and shutters and adding gutter guards. Their people were friendly, communicative and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to others. Their salesman, Eric R. has a amazing knowledge of his products; he showed numerous samples and thoroughly explained the benefits of each. He had or procured answers to all of my inquiries. Their project manager, Matt G. co-ordinated the activities of the different work teams. He was readily available to answer my questions and handle any issues I might have. Jon inspected the quality of each of tasks, and he himself replaced my shutters which were mounted on an antique brick wall so soft a thumb nail could gouge it. Well done, Power HRG!

Once we received our inspection when we bought our home, we knew we had to do the roof. After multiple quotes and roofing systems, Power came to our door. We were very impressed with their level of professionalism, care, and overall product. Even though the company was twice as much as any other quote we got, the lifetime warranty and reputation of the company made our decision a no brainer. We could not have been more pleased. The roof was installed to our satisfaction with the gutters next to come. My wife works with contractors all the time and for her to be impressed with this company speaks volumes. I would recommend Power to anyone looking to have work done to their home and they have made me into a customer for life.

Power came to my door to give me an estimate and, since my window was leaking, I thought I would give them a chance.  Julian came out to my home and was just fabulous.  He demonstrated the product, explained their companies philosophy, and was just wonderful to have in the home.  He even worked with me and my budget to find a project size that would work comfortably.  From there, ever single interaction has exceeded my expectations.  The installers arrived on time, were respectful to my home, and even cleaned my floors before they left.  I have been so impressed with Power.  I would recommend them to anyone looking to have future work done to their home.  It is weird to say, but I cannot wait until my next window project
