From start to end our entire experience with HCR was fantastic. The sales representative arrived on time to the scheduled appointment and was very friendly. She was very thorough in explaining every detail of the process of buying and installing roofs. It was very evident she knew a lot about roof installations and used that knowledge to help us pick out the best roof for our budget. The roof installation occurs on the scheduled date. There was no rescheduling of the original date. The installers arrived on time and finished the roof in one day. The entire installation process went with an issue. After the installation, the installers did a thorough cleaning job of all the nails and other materials. I would definitely recommend HCR to friends and family.
