This off is the worst . they have the worst customer service. the will keep you on hold for an long period of time just to avoid you issue. I had got 2 policies from 2 different agents they decided that they we going to cancel my policy because i stated i had to call them 11 times. Also let me tell you how rude they were. The close at 5pm i was on the phone talking to a rep at 4:57pm so of course the conversation carried on past 5pm. The rep put me on hold, left the office and then drove down the street. Do you know i stayed on hold for over 30 mins, by now it 5:33pm. everyone left the office but i am still on hold

I personally wanted to leave Mr. Eric Dechtiaruk a review. He was more than helpful. He saved me a few hounded dollars after my accident. And gave me and lot of wonderful information about insurance policies that state farm just started offering that I was unaware of. And I am truly grateful. That you again for your help. And I would recommend you and state farm to anyone that needs insurance!
