Be warn---the people who pick up your desperate phone calls are ruthless, mean, rude, and unempathic. They always sound angry and rushed like you have burnt down their house and use its ashes as fake smoke for a movie set. Their call hours are only from 8 am to 2pm weekdays. The rest of the time they spend perfecting their craft of how to degrade, dehumanize, and belittle their fellow citizens who NEED to feed their families. There will be one day where karma will naturally run its course and these horrid people will get it served the hard way. If your front line employees, the representatives of your department, are like this, I truly have no hope for this department.

This place is so ridiculous. Bad service bad people snotty people. Tell you to wait 2 minutes then you wait 2 hours for a 30 second chat with the most disrespectful human beings ever. If you dont like your job dont go to work. If you cant do your job correctly let someone else do it who can. No office they said so phone service should be excellent considering there is no office to talk in person. They are scared thats why. They make so many people mad that they get scared one of these upset people will kill them. If they just did their job everything would be fine.

the workforce is good for some people. For instance if you want to participate in any of their programs or training you would have to fill for financial aide. A person that want to stop the cycle of unemployment would enter into a College our Unversity. Higher Education is the key to any success.

This is a government program. It doesnt matter that this place has a 1.5 out of 5 star rating, because the government forces all of the most productive people in society to pay for it no matter what. Lower quality people flock to jobs like these (MVA, TSA, etc..) for a reason, people...

I applied in the beginning of July and had some problems. I called and spoke to a young man named Justin. HE WAS FABULOUS! He was knowledgeable, polite, and within 15 minutes my account was up and running and I had all the information I needed. He restored my faith in this system.

Unresponsive and no further guidance. Make sure to stay on top of your mail if you apply. Because their window for application is very slim and if you miss it, prepare to fall into call center purgatory.
