I have been doing business with the team at John E. Peaks Insurance Agency for 20 years, that, in and of itself, speaks volumes! They are a very effective and efficient group and they are always looking out for my families best interest. I am comforted by the manner in which they have continually contact me over the years to review my policies and ensure that they are still a good fit for my current situation. The communication skills they employ are excellent and everyone I have ever dealt with has been quick in knowledge, answers to questions, and providing copies of declaration pages, policies, whatever need I may have. I have been extremely fortunate in that I have never had to file a claim (knock on wood!) on any of my policies, but if the situation arose I would be confident knowing the John E. Peaks Insurance Agency Team was standing behind me!!

The 7+ years with John E Peakes Insurance Agenecy in Ventura have been real great. The staff are very professional, polite, helpfull and very friendly. The people are very accomodating, in particular Quiana. She has always answer every question I would have regarding my insurance policy. The staff their is always on top of things and go beyond their job description. Everyone their makes me feel comfortable and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.

I switched to John E. Peakes Insurance Agency a couple of years ago and have never been disappointed or had a bad experience yet. It is great to walk into a business and always be greeted with smiles from everyone. As someone who seems to never fully understand insurance, my agent does her best to explain everything to me without ever getting frustrated. I was searching online and had trouble filling out the information. I got irritated and did not continue with it. I got a call the following day from Chad, he was very polite and wanting to to help me with it. We had worked out a time that he could call me to finish it up and completed everything over the phone and through email. It was a great experience how promptly I got this insurance. I would recommend this insurance company to everyone!

They are such a pain in the daily biz that i switched. I found out that they were a lot more money also. They told me they carry Mexican insurance but I would have to drive down to their office to get insured. I already was insured by them but what the heck I drive down and wait than they tell my they cant insure me. What a waist of time. Like I said worst insurance company i have ever dealt with.

We have had this insurance company for a while now and I can honestly say no one comes anywhere close to what Patty does for us. I have been with Peakes Insurance Agency for a few years now and they have always treated me very well. I always get friendly customer service from the agents and they go above an beyond for me. I carry my Auto Insurance, Renters Insurance and have purchased Mexico Insurance from them in the past and have never had any complaints or problems! I would definetly recommend them to anyone!

I have been insured through Peakes Insurance for 20+ years. The agents have always been helpful. I recently found out that they open on Saturdays, which most local agents in our area are closed.
