after using this agency since 2009 for property insurance purposes today after having a totally bad experience with 1 customer service representative and the office manager Hiram Menzies I will be changing agencies. I supposed this agency has so much business that good customer relations are not necessary to maintain their offices open and for Mr. Menzies to continue having a job. Mediocrity is a word that never existed in my vocabulary as I always strive for excellence in every aspect of my life....and Hiram Menzies is less than mediocre.....

Horrible customer service. If I can give it ZERO stars I would. SCOTT WILLIS (the owner) has been very RUDE and disgusting. Literally told me to climb up the roof and cover it to prevent leaks until they get to me!! He then hung up on me and said to go deal with my insurance company!! Nelda, Star and Yousabi are three representatives I dealt with, all they do is place you on hold until the phone disconnects. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. Will be reporting on all sites possible and to business bureau.
