I have received multiple calls from National Auto over the last several weeks. Most of the time they just hang up but I have now had the unpleasant experience of talking to two of them. The first incident took place on Saturday, March 18th 2016. After telling the gentleman to not call me anymore he continued to talk over me. After I got louder to make sure he heard me to take me off their list he exploded. He told me " You can talk to your F***ing wife like that Sir but not me" after hearing this things got very heated and he continued to call me names and make references to my wife. I asked for his supervisors name and to be transferred to a manger he told me to go F*** myself and hung up.

I received the call and was told my mechanical warranty expired last month. My car can still be covered if I pay $6,xxx. immediately, which is refundable. When I asked to see the policy before make payment, they told me I need to pay first then can I see the policy. Weird. I told them I need to check with my dealership as I think I am still under covered, they told me "we will delete your VIN number now, and you will not be covered." Is this company doing business right?

Worse company to buy warranty, they are not clear, the promise you will cover then when you claim the forward to other insurance company and want to charge you when the inspector go to the auto repair. Not recommended they never made the refund that they promise.

They will not quit calling. When you speak to them, they are rude and insulting. I work as a manager at a car dealer. I would tell anyone considering doing business with them to avoid them at all costs. There sales tactics are ridiculous and old school.

The company wanted my credit card before I could read the actual contract. "Hmm something doesnt sound right lucy." Just like I want my politicians to be transparent so should this company. Lacking transparency. Bye Felecia!

They are complete scam artists utilizing strong arm sales tactics to sell fabricated auto warranty policies that are worthless for cars you no longer own. Hang up and tell them to talk a long walk off a short pier.

Tried multiple times to receive refund that was promised within the 30 day period and was met with rude service and no refund at all even after sending a hand written request by mail. Severely disappointed.
