My experience with Streetsmart started by clicking on their website while searching for Homeowners Insurance. I was immediately greeted by a chat window. The customer service associate quickly guided me to the forms I needed to fill out in order to get the process started. She told me that I would be contacted by Brittni in the next few days for follow up. Brittni called me the next morning, went over all of the necessary forms and had me insured the next day while saving me a lot of money. She offered me an affordable payment plan and even contacted my lender to make sure their name appeared the correct way on the policy. Brittni was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and far exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this Insurance Company!

I looks like all the positive reviews were written by employees.... I did not have a good experience, to tell you the truth once they have you as their customer, they do not care... I was trying to reach them for more than a month to get an adjustment to my current policy and was always promised a call back from an agent that still did not come....
