I have been with Tom for many (>20) years. He is a very "care" insurance agent who understands customer profile. He brought from Farmers Insurance Group to Cincinnati Insurance and recent Citizens Insurance for the best of my interests and needs without his personal profitable intention according to my driving records and home protection history. He sees my insurance as his own needs. Such professional insurance agent with integrity is what we need for protection. He and his wife as well as family members (brother) always answer questions promptly, seriously, and truthfully until questions being solved. We certainly wish your business expanded and successive beyond we can hope.
