I have been doing business with Merrimack Valley Insurance for over 15 years. Their staff have always asked the right questions to be certain I am properly covered, and they explain to me in terms that I can understand exactly what I am buying. When I did have a claim, the insurance company appraiser contacted me quickly and fairly settled my claim. That’s the service I expect, and received. I highly recommend them.
