I am a very proud costumer who not only he insure my gallery, Stee Imaginations, but also he has become one of the BEST insurance agents when you are a nonprofit organization, like the one that I have Arts 10566. Lastly, not only he is on the Bussiness to insurance, but his business is about giving back to the community. He is one of our community supporters when it come to needing help. This agency is a joke. no appreciation for customers and rude service! Tried to make minor changes to my policies and had to call like 5 different times just to get what I needed. Plus there hours are really inconvenient - no weekends??? And you are lucky if this guy Matt is ever there to talk to, and when he is it looks like your bothering him whenever you ask him a simple question. This guy was not born to sell insurance. So angry I am considering switching carriers! Oh and dont believe these so called 5 star reviews, one of them is clearly a phony because it was written by one of his staff members!

Absolute worst office in the world. They were good until Dan left them. Now, they have no clue what they are doing. I advise everybody to please stay away from this office. Especially the girl Analise or whatever her name is. I warn you now. She will mess your policy up more then anybody in the world.
