Anyone that answers the phone in the office can also answer most of my questions and/or solve most of my problems, they are that knowledgeable and capable. If I need to speak directly with Mr Furrey it happens if not immediately then as soon as he is available which is seldom a very long delay. Always cheerful and eager to help not once have I ever hung up feeling frustrated or disappointed with their customer service. After dealing with not entirely honest or ambitious agents for so many years in the past I have found a new agent for life and have recommended Alliance Insurance Services to several personal friends.

Great company with equally great people who really find the right insurance at the best rates. I had been with another insurer for over 20 years and felt some loyalty to them. That was before I got a comparison quote from Alliance. They shopped the rates with insurers and found me better insurance at a lower rate. A lot lower! Absolutely worth the time to have them give me a comparison quote!
