I received a bill in the mail so i went to the webiste to pay for it. After entering in my policy number, it showed by balance due was $0.00. I called customer service and they said just to enter in the amount i wanted to pay to cover the amount listed in the bill i received in the mail. I paid the amount in full. One month later i received another bill in the mail for the same amount plus a service fee (interest fee) and now i owe more. Not my problem if your internet portal doesnt work and im not paying more than i owe because of it. Oh by they way, customer service is only open on business days, even though its 2017 and all good businesses have 24/7 customer service.
I had not been in an accident in decades, between 10/1/15 and 2/22/16 my car was hit by 4 different people and ended up totaled the last time. All the people I worked with were kind, caring and worked with me to get this craziness done. Where the damage on my car was fixed, I was told it was one of the best insurance agencies they deal with, thank you!
Absolutely the WORST insurance company i have EVER had to deal with!..what insurance company takes over 5 days to contact and find there client to finalize liability?..call them and commerce never picks up and when finally get a hold of someone nothing we can do and hang up!..absolutely extremely unprofessional..
Completely horrible service. Do not care about communicating claims info , do not want to speak with customer ive been customer with them for 3 years this is the first time this situation happened to me i got in car accident take them 2 month to send the check and fix my car Worst insurance company ever.
Mapfre is refusing to send funds for car seats that require replacement after an accident with their policy holder who hit me and my child. I have provided receipts, photos and user manual that expressly state that replacement is necessary. This is unethical. Do not use this company.
I would avoid this company like the plague. For the amount of money they charge, you are better off with a smaller insurance agaency with an actual representative you can talk to. MAPFRE is a step below Comcast on the list of scumbag companies.

Aweful experience, My daughter was in an accident and they claimed she was at fault before we turned in our report which was only delayed because they never sent us the info required, numerous emails no response,
If I could give them a negative review I would. They are horrible when it comes to auto insurance, and when it comes to an auto accident forget it. I would not recommend this insurance to anyone.
Long time coming but finally took the time and switched to another insurance company who values my business and treats me with respect.! Had been a customer since 1985. Good riddance !
