If you receive a Traffic Ticket you r policy will definitely go UP and they will not even ask or call to inform of any fees.They just Charge it!! Was transferred to this agent when Don Asmus retired. Very upset with this agency ,customer support , and assistants. Look for another company save yourself a head ache .
