At first I was a little iffy with these people when they told me the price. It just seemed to good to be true. Something had to be off. I must have called around to a dozen different insurance companies. Mr Arnold made the process so comfortable, quick and easy. He helped explain to someone like me who knows nothing making it understandable instead of the normal insurance mumbo jumbo talk most gave me. My new agency for life!

Bad Costumer service, Julie Hernandez knows nothing and she will never returns your calls. In few words I can tell they are thieves, never never try to give them your bank account information , they withdraw money from mine with no authorizacion after getting divorce with my wife when the insurance policy was under her name and she was no longer in my bank account. They never returned my money.
