I have had the best experience to date with Atlas Brokers out of any Insurance company. I was recommended to Atlas by my Mortgage Broker to set up my new condo insurance. I worked with Dakota Biwer and from getting home insurance quotes to my new car lease insurance he has been exceptional. Clear and understanding, easy to reach and reliable to contact. The quotes I was provided with and purchased were the best I could find. When I make big decisions such as purchasing a car or a house, I like to build a team of people I can rely on to help me grow and move forward. Dakota and Atlas are definitely apart of that team. I was very pleased with the service! Originally, I was going to go with another insurance company but was convinced that I should try Atlas first. I am really glad I did! Jacob was very friendly and professional when helping me find the greatest rates. Best of all, he understood my needs and processed everything in a timely manner. When I got my insurance many years ago, Vance (founder?) met me and my wife at OUR HOME to setup a policy for us. He went out of his way to help us out. He did the same with my parents. He provided an excellent customer service. Since then, the company has grown, but their customer service has degraded. The last two times I talked to them, I got canned answers and no attempt to provide some level of personal and competent customer service.

I had a car accident (was not my fault) that raised my insurance from two digit to three. This three digit was growing in each renewal to reach 3x of basic one. I have contacted 5 other insurance companies with almost the same rates. Finally, a friend refer me to Bill and he did miracle. The new rate with the same coverage is even less than my basic auto insurance before accident. Bill is very efficient, friendly and a magician :D

Bill Nystrom has been a huge help for my wife and I. He handles all of our insurance needs. We have our house and auto through Bill and just helped me add motorcycle coverage as well. Shortly after helping with my motorcycle, I had a leak in my dishwasher and needed to make a claim on my house. Bill was on top of it and got me in touch with the right folks quickly.
