My experience with Shelter insurance has been fabulous, primarily because of Mitch Theede. He is friendly, informative and genuine. He goes far and beyond his role to take care of his customers. This one time, my car’s battery had died so I called Mitch for assistance and he was extremely receptive. He not only gave me great suggestions but also followed up with me few days after the incident. He is always open to answering your questions. So if you are anybody like me who knew close to nothing about auto insurance then Mitch is definitely your guy.
