We’ve been insured with Shawn for 10 + years and never questioned his dedication to our needs. He and his great staff have made us feel important while asking questions, making changes and updating our many policies. We would never go anywhere else, not just because he has the best rates, he will call you if he finds a way to save you more money. He cares about where your money goes and provides the best interest for your needs, not what his needs are. This office has saved us more money, then the higher quotes of all of the big name “competitors” out there. I could keep going on and on praising the staff and Shawn.... but I will end by saying Thanks you so much!!!!!!

American Family Insurance is the best! I was so impressed with the help and care that was devoted to me after my car accident. It was a minor accident, but the team was with me every step of the way. American Family set up the claim with the other insurance provider quickly and then was persistent about getting a fair resolution. I give both Shawn and Yvonne a five star rating!
