I am the executive director of a non-profit and recently received a grant to purchase two vans to help provide additional services to the population we serve. What a blessing that funding was to our agency BUT I hate buying cars!! Since my staff would be driving the vehicles, I wanted them to be extremely safe vehicles and cost efficient. Kia Sedonas are very highly rated so I checked them out. I had never been to Kia. What an experience! VERY clean facility. I was greeted by the nicest woman right when I walked in the door. Novy Foland was the sales individual I worked with and he was fantastic. Very personable and made the car buying experience actually enjoyable!! I never felt rushed. Novy answered every question in detail and even showed me how to manage every detail of the new vans. His attention to detail was extraordinary and his willingness to go above and beyond was like nothing I have every experienced before. Ty Clark was the financial advisor we worked with for the sale and he was exceptional. He thoroughly explained the process and was very patient. Dan Kellar, the owner of Kia, even stopped by as we were sitting in the lobby on the day we picked up the vans and chatted with us about our experience to ensure all of our needs had been met. Kia is truly a class act! I highly recommend them and their team. Obviously, I am partial to Novy and Ty...ask for Novy. He will make sure you are taken care of and that you get the perfect vehicle for your needs.

Where to begin.....We purchased a 2011 Sorento on Oct. 18th for my husband, it has been almost a month and I still do not have a title, paperwork, or anything else to prove I bought this vehicle much less did rhey detail the car as they said, instead keep telling us to "come back" with excuses to follow. I have contacted our sales guy Randy multiple times in the month since we have had it, with little to no response and lots of excuses as to why we do not have the title or paperwork! I was told today by the lender they still do not have all my stubs, proof of residency, or employment verification, in which Kia had (all except 2 stubs) the day we bought the car on the 18th, the other 2 stubs by the 1st! I finally contacted corporate today, and was told the dealership stated "they were unaware of these issues and problems", but yet I have all the emails (answered and those that were never responded to) from the last month. At this point I will never again purchase a vehicle from here, as it has been a huge headache for the past month. I have no way to prove we own this vehicle, much less can I get it licensed by the 18th of this month as its supposed to be done! I am beyond upset! We love the vehicle, but the service and help has been horrible!

Jared went above & beyond trying to get us the deal We wanted. We ended up leasing, which I was adamantly against in the beginning. He explained the process over & over and answered my questions over & over, very patiently. The finance manager, Jeffrey, was also exceptional. We were there until 9 pm on a Friday night, long after closing time. The only disappointment in the Sportage was no CD player, which none of us noticed until ready to leave with the car. But this does not affect my rating. Looking forward to a continued pleasant relationship with Columbia KIA, Jared, and staff!

I bought a Jeep JK here a little while back and the sales team gave me a very fair price. But this review is more for their service dept. I have gone back a few times for oil changes and general care and the service has been excellent! Ben Webb is the man to see, he and his team are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful and I always leave happy. I highly recommend them to anyone, regardless of what vehicle you drive.

I took my new to me Rondo into the service department recently due to a transmission issue. Though I did not purchase my vehicle from Head Motor Co., the service personnel were exceptionally nice and friendly! They answered all of my questions and were willing to help even if it did not gain them any buisness. We bought a 2014 KIA Soul on Monday from Novy. He was very patient and professional. He answered all of our questions so that we could pick the right car for us. He also was helpful in following up with us after the sale to have a scratch repaired on the car. The other staff were very friendly as well. Actually I am Mark Steitz... I purchased a used auto from sales person Ben Williams. Usual price haggle but always friendly and polite. Noticed hail damage after a couple days (very difficult to see). I figured I was stuck with it. Mike the sales manager made an appt and had it fixed and set me up with a loaner too. Problems happen and they did an excellent job correcting it. Bravo!
