Never thought I would ever be doing one of these.....however, I feel I must. As a new home owner, I was at a complete lost when my home was badly damaged by the past storm over the winter. A tree was lying across my entire property including my roof. I have never experienced anything like this before. I panicked and immediately called my agent Amin Antoine. Too my surprise, not only did he answer on a stormy Saturday afternoon, but made his way out to my home and took charge of the entire process. He made arrangements for hotel stay for my family and I, arranged for the tree removal and stayed connected with my family until we were safely back in our home. He really is like a good neighbor!!

I’ve dealt with plenty of companies & brands, but the customer service I received dealing with the South Orange, NJ  State Farm office prior/post Hurricane Irene was absolutely impeccable.  The catastrophic hurricane hit this past weekend leaving myself and family devastated with losses. Then Monday,  before I even reached out to place my claim I received a call from the branch owner Amin asking how my home was after the hurricane. Amin’s branch took care of my case in a professional and speedy manner helping me feel at ease.  I am very impressed and thankful that like a good neighbor state farm was there!   - Quincy Gibson

Having dealt with many of the 800 lines insurance companies, it was such a refreshing experience meeting and dealing with the south orange state farm agent and his team. They took the time to discuss my policy in detail, explaining all these numbers that I never understood in the past. The office is warm, inviting and extremely friendly.
