This company is the worst Management Company I have ever been with. They sold the house that we are living in going on 4yrs, while we are still living here, without notifying us of what they was doing. We started getting suspicious when cars would slow down and look at the house, until someone told us it was for sale!!!!then They lied to the new owners and told them we was always late on our rent! They lied to Us by saying we was having an inspection, but it was really buyers for the property, when My wife asked what was going on, The property Manager stated" Well this is what it is"! How unprofessional! Every encounter with them was rude and disrespectful. Even the Realtor stated she was shocked when she heard the Property Manager say to my wife, "This is An inspection", (even she knew she was there to show the house )????They never once contacted me about selling the house. Or offered good tenants that has been in the house paying rent for almost 4yrs the opportunity to lease purchase the house or buy the house. Hey business is business, but be careful who you deal with, check with BBB, Secretary of State Office, and even this site where you can read comments. All the while we was receiving letters saying the taxes have not been paid on the house, and a date was set for courthouse auction. EW CAPITAL MANAGEMENT STAFF AND ORGANIZATION are very unprofessional.

If I could give them minus 5 stars I would, these are some of thee and I say thee with emphasis! MOST unprofessional ppl ever! only in it for the money, they really do not have a CLUE about customer service, NOR DO THEY CARE TO, very NASTY attitudes,the maintenance men abhor working along side this incredibly sarcastic and lame brained team of solid idiots, so ghetto are they,they seem to come from the dark side of the projects and like it, they do not respond to messages left on the phone normally, nor do they respond in the format of the tenants port, when I suggested my Landlord,(whom which is very young and inexperienced with tenant/landlord business) to get an outside agency to help him,being he is out of town too, I never thought get a nasty group as these!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I also wish I reviewed the reviews first before deciding to waste my money with them. Schkeia B. Is the worst communicator, she never responded to our emails or phone calls. My roommate and I were ready to rent the next day and asked Ms. Schekia for updates so we know what’s going on with our application and didn’t receive a response. We ended up turning to All County Cumberland, who helped us rent a nice place in the college park/Riverdale area. I would not recommend even attempting to work with EW Capital Management they’re unprofessional and clearly do not care about their tenants or possible tenants. Clearly I’m not the only one who feels this way regarding this “company”. You’ll find better business elsewhere!!

Do NOT apply for a rental property with this company. My husband and I paid for our application almost 2 weeks ago. I have tried multiple times to keep in contact, via email and phone, to follow-up on the application process and was just told yesterday that the property is no longer available. Nobody ever answers the phone at their office and you have to email multiple times to get a response. This company lacks the staff they need to provide quality customer service and efficient communication. I am extremely unhappy.

As a property owner who lives in Australia, it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with this company compared with others I have in other parts of the US. I am kept informed at all times and never have to worry about being paid on time. They have kept the same tenant in the property now for 3 years. All in all, very happy ! Thanks guys. Had a showing or walk through of a property i was intrested in renting..Email was the only form of communication i had with this SO CALLED COMPANY..NOBODY EVER ANSWERS AND THE AUTOMATED CUE SAYS YOUR 2ND IN LINE THEN IT SWITCHES YOU TO 4TH IN LINE WITHOUT ANYONE EVEN ANSWERING..THIS IS A SCAM...PLEASE BE AWARE...NO AGENT EVEN SHOWED UP TO SHOW ME ANYTHING.DID NOT EVEN GET A PHONE CALL OR ANYTHING...THIS SCAM IS TO GET PPL FOR APPLICATION FEES AND NOT FOLLOW THRU ..PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE CROOKS.

Horrible move-in experience, the “soul sista” that was doing my move in was pretty ratchet, lied saying that the house was ready to move into and it was a mess. They try to say it’s the owners responsibility when actually it was there’s. I had to wait an hour for them to come in to drop off the keys and SHE did not even show up! I have sooo much more, but I am glad I took videos before I moved my stuff in. There giving me my deposit back when I leave or I’m going STRAIGHT to CALL FOR ACTION!

We have been using EW Capital as a Property Manager since 2013. We have been happy with them until recently. The issue was, the tenant was diligently paying the rent, but we had not received it since March 2016. This has now been resolved and all arrears were paid last week. We have a good tenant, the recent inspection report was comprehensive, and EW negotiated a rental increase. Very happy.

I would even give them one star. They never answer the phone. Do not apply for their properties . They want the money but do not want to WORK . MY HUSBAND AND I WERE MORE THAN qualified for one of their properties and were unable to process . This process took 2 weeks, Because the Lack of professionalism . Ms . Bolton in this office is rude and very argumentative .

My properties are rented out to good tenants; rents collected on time; properties are maintained well. I believe that my tenants are also very satisfied by PM services provided to them.
