I doubt highly Ronald DeMeyers even exists. He is never visible in his office and cannot be contacted by phone or email. Instead, StateFarm customers are forced to deal with his team, who are by and large very unprofessional and incompetent. The place is run like a day care center, full of disrespectful employees who constantly lose your information and call three times a week to get it from you again (and this is just to set up a policy, heaven help you if you have to make a claim). StateFarm has OK rates, but try to find a more professional office with competent, adult agents and reps.
