While I started finishing my basement, everything was working fine until a heavy rain, we got water coming in 1 corner. I called Blackburn and when Shawn came out to inspect it, he went through all options and recommended the best solution and it works great. Thankfully before I actually finished the other side of my basement I noticed the exact same thing was happening to the opposite corner, so I got Shawn out again and he got going on a fix right away. I highly recommend them, Shawn goes over every possible solution and costs, very fast, very polite, and trustworthy, highly recommend to everyone else.

Oversell and under deliver. Put in drain tile and sent the guys who work on wall issues instead. Not the installers fault as much as the salesman and the owner/operators of this company. When I called the office, was promised someone would get back to me. Neither the office or salesman, Jack, ever called. I personally had to help install as the workers did not get the proper support. The 1 star rating is actually for the poor young men they hung out on the job to do the work. There effort was commendable. Beware of this company,at least the office out of Sioux Fall, Harrisburg area

Blackburn did a great job. They put in their water guard system, which required breaking concrete in the basement. They also put a sump pump in the basement and two helical piers outside. The concrete work created a lot of dust, and they did a great job of cleaning up when done. They arrived on time and finished when they said they would. Overall, very happy with their service.

I had Blackburn come and install drain tile in the fall of 2017. They were very efficient and clean. I also appreciated the fact that they communicated every step of the way. I could email, call, or speak to someone about concerns or questions. They are a very upfront company. I hope I never have to do business with the again, but I would if needed! I highly recommend them.

Once we decided to do the work, everything went smoothly for scheduling and when the crew showed up, they went right to work. Harrison and his crew worked so hard!!
