I did not give it a star bc they dont deserve a star.. they never sent us a medical card but kept saying they were, no Dr ofc, med well, hospital would accept this insurance.. we now are stuck w a hospital bill bc they wont cover it and its not accepted.. when we call they dont recognize our member ID number.. they ask for a social security number instead.. its a SCAM.. RUN AWAY!!!!!!

this company is horrible. no customer service whatsoever. not bad service, but no service. i email customer service multiple times and they never answer. i am withdrawling every penny i have there. i would advise anyone else to look elsewhere. i wouldnt invest 1 cent with this place again! bye felicia

is a gotcha. . They give you coverage percentages and they convince you that it is a good option, but in the end, if you are only going, they will cover $ 50. Be careful not to be fooled.

Stay away from this insurance company!!! they lied to me and they just admitted it!!!!!!!!!!! thank god im getting at least a refund!!!!! this company does not cover anything!!!
