Dino Robusto sir, I am writing this review to recognize one of your employees who really left a good vibe with me. His name is Justin Hamill and is stationed in the Central Ohio area. Everytime I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Hamill on a variety of tasks, he has always been hardworking, polite, and ethical in his day to day operations. He strives to be the best man he can for his family and CNA and I know that for a fact. Would truly like your corporate offices to look into considering this man for advancement within your company in the near future for the fact that I know his intentions are positive and sound.

The customer service for the LTC customers is TERRIBLE. I have been trying to get information on my benefits since April 10, 2017 and still have not received what I requested (it is May 19th). I have received information not requested, but not what I need to make serious decisions relative to my policy. And, after years of paying thousands of dollars in premiums, they say it is too expensive to overnight something to me! Promises of call backs from higher level and supervisory people have not happened. TERRIBLE way to treat a long time customer.
