I was in a bad situation where I needed a tow to a dealership. The tow company that was contracted with Allstate was not able to get to me in time before the dealership closed, so I had to contact a different tow company to do the job in a more timely manner. Allstate was very kind and speedy in reimbursing me for the tow I paid for out of pocket. I was so glad I received a reimbursement and was happy with how quickly the check was mailed to me.

Elizabeth gets 5 stars for her promptness and professionalism. I recently had a breaking in my garage and Elizabeth took care of the claim right away. I have a house and car policy with Allstate insurance and plan to continue having the policy with them. i have had the policy with them for 5 years now and never had any issues at all. Every time I call, they answer my questions in timely manner. Very pleased with their service.
