East Chicago branch is awesome. People there are nice and polite. However filing a claim with company is a nightmare. No call backs no contact the adjusters are ignorant and dont call you back with updates. It took 3 weeks for them to even tell me the details of what was happening with my car. I will be cancelling my policy asap.
