Simply the worst experience I have had with an insurance broker. Despite timely notification of cancellation and several follow-up calls, I was billed for an additional 2 months of coverage. I was continually assured by Quinton that they had resolved the issue, however the invoices continued. Finally, I called the carrier directly and resolved the issue within five minutes. "How can I make this the best call of your day?" is the way they answer their phone. Just represent your clients.
