Don’t even think to do business with this office. I could not say every Allstate agencies are the same. But the office of David Williams is the worst case of my experience with car insurance in my life. After the signing the contract, they are repeatedly cheated me or tried to cheat. Not informing me with the real meaning of discounts they initially provided, then they voluntary canceled some of them and therefore increased my insurance payment. They cheated me and lured my bank account number and periodically withdraw my money not even notifying me about. In August, 2015 they voluntary changed the type of my policy from liability to full coverage not even asking me about that, and intending to overcharge me with extra $300. That was eventually enough for me. I signed contract with another insurance company and called the office of David Williams, to terminate policy with them. However, they refused doing that, demanding me to provide a bunch of many unreasonable documents. I immediately called the Allstate central office, and they satisfied my request at no time with no hassle and no unreasonable documents. Also I requested “David Williams” never to bother me again. The central office assured me about that and made a proper note in my file. Do you think that is end of story and all my problems with “David Williams” are gone? No! I am still getting from “David Williams” weird letters pretending they are still in contract with me and offering me some “additional services”. So, if you want to avoid a lot of problems, do not have to deal with the office of David Williams, as it is very dishonest, deceitful and greedy organization!

My husband and I always thought that Allstate was a good insurance company. However we found out that they have no customer service at all. We recently purchased a new car and needed a copy of the insurance card to get the photos taken. I called and got no answer. I called again later the same day and finally someone from what she said was the secretarial pool answered and told me there were no agents available. She said she would leave them a message and someone would call me back. Two hours later I still had not heard from anyone. I then left an email on the website letting them know what I needed. Finally someone called me back to apologize for the delay. She said everyone was in a customer service training. HaHa. Boy do they need that. I have cancelled my insurance with Allstate and have obtained insurance with another company who appear very attentive to their clients need.

I was very happy with the policy and service I received from this agency, it happens to be across from the DMV and is very convenient for me. The staff there went above and beyond when I initially went in asking them to print my previous companies ID cards, they did so without any hesitation and one of them humorously said "paper for quote" as he handed me the ID cards, I am glad he did, because I saved good money and had no idea a few coverage spots were lacking!
