I never had issues with Triple A until I tried to cancel my car insurance. Russ Perdue, who was my agent, was suppose to cancel my MET Auto policy. When I kept getting past due invoices, I called him and he told me to ignore them since MET Auto takes awhile to update their systems regarding cancellations. Well, I got a collection letter today and when I called him, he said he never recalls telling me to ignore the invoices and was a total jerk about it. Now I am a legal battle with the collection agency because MET Auto never received my cancellation paperwork. I would not recommend ANYONE to work with this individual!!!!

Worst experience with aaa have been waiting over 9 yes 9 hours for my car to be towed. In all my 11 years with them, this is how they treat a long term customer. Ended up cancelling tow and had to pay a towing company to do the job. I would never use or recommend aaa to anyone. Cancel your account now and save your money

AAA FLORIDA. We needed a tow and they wanted to charge $32.00. Their services only cover 3 miles. And you pay and additional$4.00 a mile. Customer service? unacceptable rude, you get transferred numerous times and no one gives you or helps you with your issues. Am thinking is not worth having. AAA NEW MEXICO STILL #1

From 8 :00 pm till 12 :20 am no one shows up .call for towing,talks to 3 representatives including a manager or a supervisor, talking promising,no one showed my car was on a high way exit Very dangerous area high speed cars Finally I called ASAP towing it took ASAP 35 Minits to move my car

I was a member for 23 years and decided to quit. They had renewed the membership one month early before the due date. When I tried to cancel, they said no refunds are given once the payment is processed. I want my $232.00 refunded. They should not renew memberships a month in advance.

Always an excellent experience. AAA Membership is a no brainer, it always pays for itself many times over. From road side assistance to discounts on hotels, theme parks, etc I highly recommend this.
