I have had great service with my loans Amy and alexis are great. I have had 3 loans , they know there stuff and help protect me as a customer. I have loans with another instution and they were going to charge me 8 to proceess my first payment with a teller, thats when i went to mountain america.. thank you

We went in to open a child account. The teller was friendly and we were helped quickly, but the banker who opened our account was not personable with our child and did not give us any information on the type of account he was opening.
