Worst experience with this branch the atm decided to break down while processing my request to withdraw money. I got a receipt that directed me to call customer service where they were unable to assist me. Came to the branch and were still unable to give my money that was not dispensed through their atm machine. They will not help customers who dont have chase so dont even bother coming to this location. Also advised this lady that the money was for my rent didnt even care come on man im a single mom on food stamps. Asked her to look at the camera to be sure i didnt take the money she said she couldnt. Why do they have cameras? Take the 1 Star as a negative 1 star. Go to a Credit Union

I normally have run into some issues in the past. However, it has been awhile and today was a great experience. The gentleman Andy was very friendly and most helpful. He processed my transaction quickly and even asked (genuinely) how my day was. A+ customer service. It is because of his service I am considering moving my account to Chase.

Walk in and you have to face a screen instead of a Human, If all Chase Banks going to do this I will end my account with Chase Bank. Where are all thoses people going to go without jobs!
