I just joined a week ago, and had become a little frustrated because I couldn"t log in online or get any info through the automated either, even after providing all my info and requesting a pass code to be sent to me which was never received. So I went to my branch in person and spoke with the Manager Tony Cristani. He really helped me out a lot and managed to calm me down, lol. He explained in detail all the benefits of being a member, and just went above and beyond. I"m glad I chose FPCU!
