Horrible customer service. I have 5 accounts there and needed 1 page notarized. They said more than 3 days wait for an appointment. Walked across to TD that I also have accounts with and did it immediately. Also teller at b of a kept trying to tell me to go to notary service down the street. I wonder if there is some personal connection. B of A .....you suck.

The worst bank. Horrible experience. The employees never can solve your needs and also are not willing to help you. Always adding excuses or wasting your time. They are racists and not enough professionalism to keep aside they opinions. The worst experience in my life and was only in this branch. Other branch are very professional.

Opened a bank account, told them my adress and where to send it, then they send my credit card to the wrong address, charge me 5 dollars for an other card. Almost all are inexperienced volunteers.
