If there were zero stars, i would give it to them. It took three weeks for them to register a deed. They are incompetent, slow, and difficult to communicate with. After writing an email to senior management in head quarters, a management level person at the local office bothered to do anything. Errors: 1. Servicelink did not file correctly (twice) 2. Servicelink did not spot their error (we happened to check weeks later) 3. we had to ride them with multiple telephone calls daily to get it done I hope we never do business with them again. Epilogue: After a great deal of trouble and consulting with a title specialist, everything was straightened out. The individual that handled our case was terminated and management owned up to their mistakes. they refunded the fee and agreed to reimburse our expenses. We still will not do business with them.

Zero stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Worst company ever. Choose your own title company if you can!!!!! Stephanie brown, Ashley Guido and tracy loy can never get them on the phone. When you do get them on phone, they gave you small comments that go nowhere. They promise to do everything that day, but never gets done. You constantly have to keep calling. I started my process July 13 and still going on Sept 12, 2016. They constantly make mistakes and can never get them fixed right until you call and harrass them.You figure that people would like to close early and not take off every other day and answer phone calls and emails but these people get paid to sit on their butt. Not to mention you have to go with a local notary since they are out of state. Staw away from this title company.

Horrible Service. The never return your calls and they never respond to your emails. Furthermore, the title company collected $925.29 to pay my homeowner’s insurance at closing. They never did instead they kept the money and my insurance was terminated, I had to pay the insurance company directly out of pocket money to have my insurance reinstated. I will follow a lawsuit against them for negligence. Stay away from this title company.

In the process of trying to close a loan. Would give them zero stars if we could. These are the worse title company I have encountered. Took almost 2 weeks to get updated title work. They never respond to phone calls. You leave messages and they do not response. They are certainly NOT Service oriented. They should change their name to Serice NOT link. Hoping I can get the closed for my buyers.

Recently stopped in to pick up some title paperwork. Having worked for this company almost a decade ago, my observation was that though the name has changed (several times) and most of the faces as well (they are notorious for regular and substantial staff lay-offs, hiring and firing based on short term market responses) this is still a pretty lousy place to work - and to do business with.

HORRIBLE. I have a cash deal that was supposed to close in 2 weeks. Title was clear and we are good to go. TWO MONTHS LATER and I STILL cant get these people to sign a simple HUD and Deed. Just need signatures!! Nothing else ... should be EASY ... but this is The.Worst.Transaction.Ever. God help me that I am able to get these signatures for my clients.

Wow!! Is really all i can say. That one star you see is a negative star. Worst company in America! Its been 7 weeks on a cash deal. Key word "cash" All i need is for these people to do is there job and sign some paperwork. Thats all. You could train a monkey to do that. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN!!!

I have been just trying to talk to someone for the past 2 weeks for some documents. Left messages, wrote emails, nothing. Operators just transfer your call to a voicemail. Frustrating. -10 stars.
