I have been a State Farm customer for over 20 years. I am very pleased with the customer service at this office. They are quick to answer questions, provide information, and they offer discounts for bundled services (home/life/vehicle). In particular, I have been impressed with the level of attention from Leslie, one of the agents at the office. She is professional, knowledgeable, and so helpful. She always goes above and beyond! I always recommend this office to my friends who are looking for quotes and insurance information.

There was an increase on my bill without any notifications! After multiple calls they said there was some paperwork I needed to submit. I turned in the paperwork on the same day and was told that an adjustment would be made for the mistake made on their end. 3 months later and no adjustments with the same charges being made!! The employees here need some additional training and need to learn how to follow up with their customers.

I like the time they take to explain all the information I was clueless about.
