I used to be with another major name insurance company that gave me nothing but the run around when it came time to receive my monthly statements (mysterious increase changes without explanation) and difficulty with making claims when my wife was involved in a major accident (which she was not at fault for, yet, they were willing to settle with the other party without a proper investigation). I was referred to AFI, and specifically, to their AFI office in Auburn, Washington. My current agent is Mr. Steven Diaz, who has done nothing but provide top-notch service for my family, my vehicles and my house, constantly reviewing and updating my policies. He is polite, knowledgeable, makes you feel like you are the most important client he has, and the willingness to take as much time as necessary to explain his services with you. I have been asked by other insurance companies to consider their services, or to transfer my policies to them. I can honestly tell you that I have politely refused the offers. There is no need to change when you have the very best. Mr. Diaz is one insurance agent I can highly recommend for your insurance needs!

I am officially insured through American Family Insurance - Steven Diaz Agency. What a great Agency, I shopped around and this agency was the only agency that seemed to care about insuring me and my assets the correct way versus selling me a policy with the lowest limits and cheapest cost. I was able to save over $1200 per year by bundling my home/auto/and life insurance policies. Not only did they save me money, they helped me better understand exactly what my coverages do for me.
