Melissa and her team are great. I went to Melissa for a quote when my old insurance agent informed me that my rate was going up a significant amount and could not give me an explanation as to why. Naturally, I was upset. Melissa worked with me and took the time to answer all my questions and get me the best rate possible. I even had a vehicle emergency late at night while on vacation in Florida. I was able to get her on the phone to help calm me down and remind me that towing and roadside assistance was part of my policy. Melissa said call me back if you need anything else. MC really does have your back.
