On 7/21/2015 My wife and I were involved in an auto accident in which our car was a total loss due due to the driver of the vehicle that hit us failing to yield right of way. Carmen and her team are outstanding folks to work with and it is really nice to have a local office that one can work through and not have to deal with some faceless person at a call centre. We now have a replacement car that we are very satisfied with, the only issue now remaining is the assignment of liability which is done at the corporate office and has nothing to do do with the folks at the local level, hopefully this issue will be resolved soon. As a side note, State Farm does not discriminate against dog breeds as other insurance companies do. Those of us who care about this issue should take note and take their business to State Farm. Carmen and her ENTIRE team are the absolute BEST insurance company in town! I have all of my policies through State Farm... My direct point of contact has always been Patricia Cheek (the office manager) who is AMAZING!! As a person who is constantly traveling and on the go, this office (All of them) have always gone above and beyond to ensure that all of my insurance needs and obligations are taken care of and that I stay on track--The customer service that I receive here is impeccable, and beats any insurance company ever!!
