Everyone in this office was extremely nice and hospitable towards my needs. My motorcycle was stolen and my insurance agent, Katy, made my experience much more pleasant than I could have imagined. Katy was always immediately responsive towards my requests and explained exactly what I needed to do step by step to complete my process. Wayne and his office has been outstanding in assisting my family with our insurance needs. Without question the nicesest guy and the most professional. Gave me a great price for insurance. My kitchen caught fire a couple of months ago and he had a team out at my house within 1 hour! No jokes. And the whole situation was fixed within 3 weeks. This was just about the best experience you can have considering my kitchen caught fire!
