We called Mark Johnson Plumbing to replace our hot water heater. Quinn, who was wonderful I might add, came out quickly, looked at our existing hot water heater and gave us a few recommendations. Once we made a decision, Quinn worked to get us a good price and made an appointment to handle the replacement. He was able to come a day earlier than scheduled which was great. He and Rex did a super job replacing our hot water heater with a new tankless water heater. The job they did exceeded our expectations and on top of that, Quinn may be the nicest person I have ever met! We always get excellent service from Mark Johnson Plumbing, but this visit was beyond stellar! Thanks for a great experience every time!

I called just after 7 AM and spoke with Patience about not being able to keep the pilot light lit on our water heater. Received a call from service rep Andy within 10 minutes, and then Dex & Chris were at our house in less than 15 minutes, assessed our old water heater, made recommendations for a replacement which we did. They were very quick, courteous and neat. Mark Johnson Plumbing is prompt and follows through with every step of communication via text, email and phone, providing info about the service technician before they arrive. Very professional.

My experience with Dax and K.C., along with Patience, has been nothing but positive, even though having plumbing problems is hardly a positive experience. But if you have to have them, these are the people you need on your side. You pay a lot for these problems, but definitely having experience and caring along with that sure helps.
