I didn’t want to write a review without purchasing their product but their service is ridiculously aggressive. Had an appointment. The rep didn’t write an estimate because he spent 45 mins selling me on the window features. Was going to set up second appointment to actually measure windows and talk #’s. Except their office followed up 5 times a day and didn’t leave messages. Called me at 9a, 12p, 2p, 5p and then 8p. Who calls for window sales follow up at 8:28p on a Friday? There’s voicemail for a reason. If they called once or twice this review wouldn’t have been left. But 5 times a day over multiple days? If your windows are that great why the need to be so aggressive? Sounds fishy.

This buisness was knocking on doors in my neighborhood. I agreed to an estimate on my roof and made any appointment. I was quoted a ridiculously high price and when I told their employee no they came back with an offer 6 THOUSAND off of the still high estimate. Over the next 3 weeks I receive calls daily which I ignore until I get fed up with the calls. Upon answering the phone they explain a mistake was made and they want to send out a "manager" to rectify the situation. I reluctantly agree and make an appointment. When the appointment arrived the "manager" is a no show. Bottom line these people will waste your time or try to scam you with estimates. Spend your money elsewhere.

Horrible customer service from trying to schedule a free estimate. Sales rep that came out was awesome but had to reschedule due to unfortunate circumstances. Confirmed my appointment on a Saturday for tuesday. Had to reconfirm on Sunday for Tuesday. Now here it is the day before my appointment and they want me to reconfirm for tomorrow. I tell the lady Im at work and cant keep doing this. If your sales person wants to show up on tuesday than great. I have customers that need my attention. She says " well sir we have to confirm." I told her I have confirmed and reconfirmed my appointment multiple times. Experience is absolutely horrible

We have been struggling to complete a service request with Eurotech for almost a year. The number of errors has been amazing. At no point during this trial have I felt confident in the service provided. One year for one window?! The last visit (yesterday) resulted in getting the last piece taken care of but the installer cut himself and left the blood behind on the window. Every time this company comes to my home a problem is the result. Hopefully when the company returns to clean up the mess this will be the end of it. I would prefer to give zero stars for this company but that is not an option.

We had our windows replaced in 2012. The gentleman whom came out to give us a quote was very nice and friendly and the demonstration was not too long. Once a date was picked, they came out and our windows was installed in less time that was quoted. Everyone was pleasant and very mindful of our house and animals. Was even impressed with the clean up too. To this date, we still get a call every now and then to make sure we are happy and everything is ok. Customer service is top notch.

Had two picture windows replaced Tuesday by Adam Turel, Peter and Tom. Could not be more pleased with the windows and the quality. The guys did an amazing job and clean up. Drew was our sales person and was very through. We will be replacing others maybe this year or in the spring. I will be spreading the word to others. Hopefully we can get the same installers

Roof materials were delivered on time. Work crew showed up on time and got the job done in a timely manner despite the rain. Kresta in the office was great to work with and Dan K came out the next day to check on everything. I would consider Euro-Tech the next time we decide to have a project done. Just need to sit out and admire the new roof now.

I am very pleased with my new windows and the service I have received. Adam and his crew were very professional and cleaned up nicely after work was complete. Adam was very friendly and showed me how to work the windows and all the extra features. He is a great asset to the company. I plan on using Euro-Tech when I replace the rest of my windows.

I just had new roofs put on my house and detached garage. The supplies were delivered on one day and the roofs were installed the next day. This was a complete tear off and replacement job. The installers were polite and worked well together. Everything was cleaned up when they were done. I am very happy with the workmanship and love my new roofs.

I probably was not the easiest person to deal with because of this but Stefany and Krista were very accommodating and made me comfortable with our decision. The guys that did the job were professional also.

I have used Euro-Tech on a number of occasions. Most recently they installed a new from door with side glass. It looks awesome and the install was perfect. The guys were in and out in a couple hours and the job came in just below my budget. I would highly recommend Euro-tech for all you window, siding, and doors!

Sales person don’t know you after his work done, Office or Warrenty department has a extraordinarily Garage service, technicians have good skills but according to them and their words “it is waste of time to call for anything. So my experience says should go for any other company for windows and doors
