Recently I found myself in need of assistance from someone with experience and knowledge of the law. Having not been in this position before I researched several appropriate web pages. I soon determined the name that consistently appeared, and had the highest ratings, was Kevin McDevitt. I contacted Mr. McDevitt and he immediately set up a meeting. Over the next several weeks we met a few times to discuss my case. Mr. McDevitt was quite thorough in explaining the law as it pertained to me, and what the possible consequences were. He stopped often to verify that I understood everything, and stressed that if I had questions to let him know. He also showed concern for my personal well-being both physically and mentally and gave me phone numbers for professionals in other arenas in case I felt the need to contact them. In court Mr. McDevitt was astute and efficient. He coordinated with the State’s Attorney and worked out a recommendation that was far better than anything I expected. The judge agreed to it and I will be forever grateful. Mr. McDevitt was worth every penny. Hopefully I will not need his assistance again, but should I find myself in another legal quagmire, Mr. McDevitt will be the first one I call!

I had an awesome experience with Kevin McDevitt with my case. I hired him to help me with my case from NAS Patuxent River base. He explained my case and the law in great detail so I would fully understand it. I was told that my case is serious but he would do his best to help me with it. When I went back to his office for our last meeting before court. He told me that everything was dropped and himself and I did not have to show up in court. I will always recommend him to anyone, he is a great lawyer.

I had a DUI case and had Kevin as my Lawyer guiding me through the process. He does a great job of explaining your risk going into the case and laying out all of the likely options when going into the case. With his guidance I was able to plea to a PBJ for just reckless driving and all of the alcohol charges were dropped! I would highly recommend Kevin as your choice for a lawyer.
