It is a scam. They gave me a quote over the phone and upon arrival to their agency the price changed. I had spoke over the phone with them making sure that this would not happen and it did anyway. I was told i needed to pay 22% of my policy and i called the insurance company and they said they only received 62.04 of the 212.04 i was charged. When i would asked questions the sails rep would start to fast talk, use terminology that most would not understand, and never really answer question directly. I went back requesting my money back they said they cannot refund their 150.00 broker fee. That was what i paid for 150.00 broker fee framed as 22% of my policy.

awful experience, I have been doing business in California for 30 years and never experienced a shady unprofessional people like that. so to whoever reading this review, save your time and do not fall for the good reviews that you see about this company, because they are probably posted by friends and relatives, but if you ignore this review and go ahead and deal with this crooked outfit, you will find out for yourself.
